Choose from a 6-inch bowl or a hanging globe, and decorate your terrarium with Halloween-themed accents to bring your creation to life. Along the way, you’ll learn simple succulent care tips and fun techniques for arranging plants in a way that’s both beautiful and long-lasting.

Whether you’re looking for a crafty thing to do in the Bay Area, a fall activity with friends, joining solo, or as a parent-child duo, this workshop is a playful, interactive way to celebrate the season. Get a little messy, explore your creativity, and leave with a unique Halloween terrarium that doubles as festive décor and a living keepsake.

What to bring

  • Nothing! All materials are provided.

Suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 5 years old). An adult must accompany any attending kids (the adult may observe for free).

Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 3 business days in advance of the class will be honored with a refund less 5% cancellation fee.
  • There will be a fee of $10 per person for any rescheduling done.
In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.

  • Halloween Terrarium Workshop

    A little off the beaten path, Luludi Living Art is a great place to go for a relaxing, fun, and artistic experience! I had never built a terrarium before and wasn't sure what the class would be like. Liza (the owner) was so kind and patient - she explained how the different types of plants and materials would work together and guided us in the assembly of our terrariums, while also giving us room to explore and be creative! I highly recommend this class if you're looking for something different to do for a night out. Plus, you'll take home a lovely souvenir or gift for someone's home or office. :)
