Whether you have a completed skirt from Sewing 101, a denim jacket awaiting personalization, or a special gift you'd like to enhance, this workshop provides the perfect opportunity to add meaningful embellishment to your wardrobe.

Set aside the sewing machine and discover the meditative art of hand embroidery. Bring an article of clothing you wish to embellish, and you will leave the class with a personalized garment decorated with a word or phrase in your own handwriting. Our instructors will guide you through proper hand embroidery techniques, introduce you to essential tools and materials, and teach you several border stitches ideal for embroidering meaningful words or phrases onto fabric.

Project: Hand-embroidered garment of your choice featuring a personalized word or phrase

Materials: Bring your own clothing item to decorate. We supply all needles, thread, and embroidery supplies needed to complete your design.

Refund Policy

Cancellation / Reschedule / Refund Policy:

  • You must give at least 3 business days notice to cancel or reschedule your enrollment in the Regular Classes
  • 24 hour cancellation policy for Private Classes
  • Once the class has started, we can no longer offer refunds
  • In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount
