Want to spruce up your bedroom or living room? Creating the perfect pillow is a great way to add color, texture, or a pop to any room in your home. Learn how to sew various pillow sizes and shapes while adding fringe.

This class is perfect for beginners who have learned to use the sewing machine. Learn how to make a pillow and all of the fun additions, and walk away with a pillow you made. We also offer kits of pre-cut pillow supplies so if you want to bring home a match and make it on your own, you have the option. The kits are available for $20 and can be purchased after the class. The first one that we make in class is on us!

During this class you will learn:

  • All of the necessary sewing terminology and equipment.
  • 2 Stitches and seam finishes:
    • Straight stitch
    • Zigzag stitch
  • Proper installment of trims including pom poms to a pillow.

PROJECTS: One throw pillow cover with an envelope back and trim.

FABRIC AND SUPPLIES: Sewing kits included

  • 24 hour cancellation policy for Private Classes
  • Once the class has started, we can no longer offer refunds
  • In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount
