  • Great fun! Convivial atmosphere, good simple menu, easy to prepare. Looking forward to reproducing at home...
  • I really enjoyed this class! It was so fun to learn the different dishes, and the sit down dinner at the end was absolutely delicious!
  • For a beginner (me) or an expert (my wife) - it didn't matter - we all learned a lot, and had a lot of fun cooking up a storm in this class. Highly recommended, and highly delicious!
  • Cooking the Classics: Falafel

This was amazing! So authentic, the chefs really knew their stuff, and we made everything from scratch. We will be back definitely.
  • We like the chef Irene and all other chefs that helped her to lead the class. It was a very entertaining and useful class. We definitely enjoyed it. This class encouraged us to take some more classes with the same team. Very appreciated !
  • Fantastic class! Learned a lot and the food was delicious
  • Very fun and informative. And tasty! There's are hands on parts and watching parts... wish I got to do a little more doing/less watching but still definitely worthwhile.
  • Lebanese Cooking w/ Jeanette: Immersion Workshop #2

    awesome!
  • Erica was incredible. Funny, informative, personable, experienced, and did I mention funny?? I recommended the program to many friends after her class!
  • Syrian Cooking: A Fistful of Lentils

One of the best experiences of my life!
  • I really enjoyed today's class and was sure to attend Erica's class because of her energy and humor. She has such interesting tidbits about every ingredient and process in the recipes. A total food nerd, which is awesome. Everyone gets to try to make all the recipes instead of splitting into groups to do different recipes, and they are also really delectable. People love the stuff I make from a previous class, so I'm excited to incorporate these Middle Eastern dishes into my repertoire.
  • Moroccan Dinner

Very fun, helpful, great place. Perfect alone or with other people, good original gift for friends or family!
  • Moroccan Dinner

Good instructor, location and price. I didn't think the final food product was that great. The entree, a fish dish, was kind of blah - the sauce was watery so I couldn't really taste the Moroccan influence. The appetizer - chickpea salad - was good as was the dessert. Overall, though, I would say this was a fun and reasonably priced and would be a good group or couples event. Will probably return.
