  • Had a great time! Learned a lot and the food was delicious. I was lucky having the team that I did. Chef David and his team were excellent.
  • Outstanding, such a fun experience!
  • I had such a great experience at this Thai cooking class! It was incredibly well run from start to finish—organized, engaging, and just the right balance of instruction and hands-on cooking. The recipes were excellent, and the food we made was absolutely delicious. I picked up some really useful skills too—like how to chop properly (game changer!) and even how to flip food in a frying pan… though I’m still working on that one. Apologies again to Titi for having to mop the floor twice because of me! There were lots of laughs along the way, and I walked away having learned a lot in a relaxed, fun environment. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking for a memorable and tasty experience!
  • Great class! Our instructor was very passionate about teaching us the history of pad Thai and it was awesome to learn a piece of his family history. The Pad Thai was delicious and easy to follow, definitely something we’ll make again!
  • Great class and Paige, the chef, made it even better!
  • This was amazing. Had such a great time learning and the instructor was fantastic. Definitely would recommend to friends.
  • Highly recommend! We had a blast at this sausage-making class in Chelsea Market. Even though it wasn't a private event, the group was small enough that we got consistent hands-on experience from start to finish. Having two instructors was great—they were helpful and kept things moving. Plus, you get to take home a ton of the sausages you actually made! They also provided a delicious charcuterie board from their butcher, along with beer, wine, and water. A fun, yummy, and very worth-it experience!
  • Excellent information given in a professional, yet fun, manner. Will definitely look into more classes!
  • Working in groups of four we cooked four dishes - a lamb stew, chicken under a brick, eggplant with an herb paste and khachapuri (very cheesy indulgent Georgian bread). Now I know how to spatchcock a chicken! I wish we had more time as had to rush a bit to eat. Instructor was great and everything was delicious.
  • Gave this as a gift to my partner and we both loved it! The instructor was fun and personal and gave a lot of great tips. Would take another!
  • Very informative and engaging cooking class! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to learn to cook Indian cuisine.
  • It was great! Teacher was lovely and food was tasty
  • This was a great class. A group of friends and I were celebrating a birthday. It was fun, engaging and the instructor was amazing!
  • Chef Al is the best!! Highly recommend this class.
  • Our gnocchi making class with Chef Jamie was a fantastic way to spend an evening. I felt that Chef Jamie not only took the time to get to know us but also provided an encouraging and playful environment to learn in. I would highly recommend this course and specifically Chef Jamie to anyone considering.
  • The class was very informative! It provided us with tips and skills to help us better navigate the fish dishes.
  • Amazing class! Had so much fun and learned so much even though I’ve been cooking at home for years. Great for new cooks too, my husband loved it. Susan was a great teacher - fun, educational, didn’t take anything too seriously, super engaging. Loved it!
  • Chef John is an excellent, captivating teacher who reinspired my love for cooking. He shares great tips and tricks plus entertaining commentary. Would highly recommend this class!
  • Really loved this class. Dona was extremely warm, friendly, enthusiastic, and hands-on. Even though her raw ingredient deliveries were delayed, she was extremely gracious and somehow managed all the food prep so quickly and smoothly that we prepared, cooked, and ate food in a very timely manner. I love that she gave background on a lot of the ingredients, including how the khachapuri is not actually supposed to be shaped like a "boat" as everyone always assumes, but is actually supposed to represent the sun! She also made sure that everyone participated in the food prep and cooking, and was very inclusive. Her explanations on techniques, methods, and Georgian-specific cultural facts were all very clear. The cooking and dining space were also just so cozy, warm, and inviting -- a little gem of a space in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the West Village! I really loved the way the dining room is set up and appointed. A very special touch that I was not expecting was that while we ate, she whipped two different types of Georgian wine, one sweet and one dry, for all of us to try. I've only had the pleasure of drinking Georgian wines a handful of times, so this was a very welcome treat! I'd highly recommend this class to anyone interested in understanding more about Georgian cooking. This class certainly demystified the cuisine for me and helped me realize how approachable it is (and how easy it can be, assuming you have experience cooking) as long as we come in with an open, positive mindset.
  • This class was excellent! Our instructor, Chef Alvaro, was so kind, funny, and very clear with directions. He gave helpful prep and knife-handling tips, and made sure everyone kept pace without feeling stressed. The dumplings also turned out SO delicious. Overall, it was such a fun experience. My husband and I both agreed we'd take a cooking class with him again in a heartbeat.
  • Great instructor, fun class, and the dumplings tasted great!
  • The class was amazing and the instruction was amazing
  • Definitely will do again and share our experience with others! Thank you to Chef Alex and Chef Salem!
  • We had a delightful time learning how to use correctly use a knife, make guac, pico and fresh tortillas! My Mom and I did it together as i bought the class for her birthday. It is a wonderful experience that we will never forget!
  • The class was amazing, and everything was delicious! Chef Simon gave everyone enough attention and conducted the class very well. I would go back for other classes!
  • Great class that resulted in taking home plenty of sausage :)
  • It has been so hard to find a recurring cooking class for people who want to improve their cooking (but not become a chef) but this class is it! Having it recurring helps build upon and reinforce skills. I learned a ton of skills, found new recipes, and ate great food.
  • John was incredible, answering all our questions and so encouraging for us to take our new skills home.
  • This was a fun evening. The food was great and the staff engaging and interesting. I would take another class with them!
  • I'm SO glad I decided to take this bootcamp. I started as a complete novice and gained so many skills and the confidence to start cooking on my own. The teacher is very engaging and knowledgable, and everyone else taking the class was curious, kind and supportive.
  • A great environment, both enjoyable in meeting other class participants and educational. The host and assistance couldn’t be better
  • Class was great! Chefs were very helpful and patient. Really enjoyed being there and left feeling very inspired!
  • The instructor was very informative and went out his way to make sure you understood correct techniques and it was so much fun
  • Class and chef were both 10/10 best Time ever
  • Great instructor with amazing insight. Learned so much in one night
  • The class was easy and very informative. The chef did knife skill techniques, explained the best way to prepare food, marinate, ingredients, and temps. The location was great and his music was awesome. I would take another class by him.
  • this class was awesome! from the moment i stepped in the room it was such a warm environment. erica was wonderful, bringing such positive energy and giving us so much knowledge—i left with pages of notes and techniques i can definitely continue to apply in the future (not to mention the food was delicious!). highly recommend—a great experience for even a cooking noob like me :)
