You and your fellow participants will craft three festive, seasonally inspired cocktails using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and professional bartending techniques employed by New York's top mixologists. From understanding flavor balance to executing the perfect shake technique, each guest will master new skills and depart with knowledge of creating their own signature holiday cocktail.
Whether celebrating with friends, colleagues, or simply seeking a memorable evening out, this intimate and entertaining workshop is a great option and takes place in one of Manhattan's most exclusive venues.
Winter Menu Featured Cocktails:
- Winterberry Smash: Bright, festive, and visually stunning with vodka, cranberry, lemon, rosemary, and sparkling topper
- Gingerbread Old Fashioned: A cozy, spiced reinterpretation of the classic featuring bourbon, gingerbread syrup, and aromatic bitters
- Spiced Pear Margarita: Seasonal, refreshing, and universally appealing with tequila, spiced pear puree, lime, agave, and cinnamon sugar rim
- Holiday French 75: Light, elegant, and perfect for celebrations with gin, lemon, elderflower, prosecco, and sugared cranberry garnish
