Craft Cocktail Making @ Upscale Speakeasy
Phenomenal experience, couldn't recommend it highly enough. The pace of the class was perfect, with Eric leading us through all of the whys and hows of cocktail making before guiding us through a couple of his bar's staple drinks. Being able to enjoy the drinks in the friendly confines of the bar behind the kitchen in which we made them added to a wonderful ambiance. I did the as a solo participant, but this is ideal for couples and large groups as well. -

Cocktail Classics with a Master Mixologist
Carolyn was so lovely! She explained everything perfectly and was so helpful throughout the class. I especially loved hearing her story and how she got to where she is now. The drinks were also very tasty!! My one issue was the location, as there were some noisy bar patrons hanging out at the bar in the lobby. But still it was a great class! -

Stirred, Shaken & More: A Cocktail Class with Bites
Amazing class! -
Stirred, Shaken & More: A Cocktail Class with Bites
This class was led by Svetlana who provided a wonderful experience that was both fun and educational! She answered all of my questions and provided insight that went above and beyond what I expected. She made sure everyone was going at a good pace and following along while cultivating a place to be curious. The class shares some fundamentals of mixology while Svetlana takes you along her twists on classic cocktails and *why* these twists work. I'm excited to practice what I learned at home and am definitely looking forward to seeing what she does next! -- and yes, the drinks are delicious. You get to enjoy them as you go along. Also, Abby's Kitchen is a very nice restaurant and Abby took the time to greet everyone and lead us to the restaurant's second bar that was reserved specifically for the class. I would absolutely attend a class here or taught by Svetlana again. -
Shaken Up: Mixology Basics
Loved this class! The instructor was vibrant and knowledgeable and even gave us some great side tips too since we had some “advanced” bartending questions. Not really, but she made us feel like our questions were really great ?. She was engaging and fun. And the drinks were great!! -
Cocktail Classics with a Master Mixologist

Brewshop 101: Home Brewing Essentials
Really good starter course. Looking forward to getting started on my new hobby -
Cocktail Classics with a Master Mixologist
Informative and lots of fun -
Brewshop 101: Home Brewing Essentials
I really enjoyed learning about the different bitter scales and the process of beer making. Max the instructor kept the participants engaged with historical facts on beer and there was some hands on participation. There is much more to learn, though this is a great beginner class to make a first brew. -
Brewshop 101: Home Brewing Essentials
They are very patient and making sure you got it . -
Brewshop 101: Home Brewing Essentials
Very knowledgeable instructor, who had a good presentation and helped answer many "extra curricular" questions (around the malting process, mead vs. beer, etc.). Nice store as well, so if you're sold on brewing beer yourself you can stock up on your way out. No pressure at all to make sales, though - just very authentic enthusiasm. -
Brewshop 101: Home Brewing Essentials
The class was both pratical and informative. I learned a lot about the basics of home brewing beer and the instructor was definitely passionate and knowledgable about the subject. We got to taste a pint each of 2 different beers (An IPA and Saison) made in previously classes, and they tasted great. Make sure you have something in your stomach beforehand if you are a lightweight! This would be a great class to bring a date or partner to. -
Brewshop 101: Home Brewing Essentials
I bought this class as a gift for my husband, who is a huge beer lover, but had an unbelievably great time myself too. Lots of new knowledge, very positive vibe in a room, wonderful experience, and lots of beer to taste. We didn’t end up buying supplies and doing it at home, but it was a very enjoyable weekend activity which we were suggesting to friends afterward. -
Brewshop 101: Home Brewing Essentials
The course was super interesting and the instructor was great. We made our own brew and even tasted the previous class (brew) beer. I thoroughly enjoyed it and am interested in home brew. -
Introduction to Coffee & Cupping
I loved this Coffee & Cupping Intro I honestly learned so much about the process in which coffee is made, the different types of grains; even the different roasting levels + The cupping was so much fun! We tried some of their signature coffees and some of their single origins too! 100% recommended :) -
Introduction to Coffee & Cupping
The class was very informative. I learned many things about how coffee gets prepared before it arrives to us the way how we see it in the market. I also learned why and how different coffees taste differently. The instructor was an expert and was able to answer all of our questions. I wish the class included teaching how to make different types of coffees such as espresso, French press …etc but I guess that was a different topic that others may prefer to be in a separate class. -
Mixology
Fun, welcoming instructors. Friendly class. Loved it. -
Latte Art Skills
It was a wonderful class. I really enjoyed it. Furthermore, the class was beyond my expectations. I learned even the anatomy of the milk, how was that!! If you guys open the barista class let me know.
