This Class is designed to utilize your favorite brand of Vodka, Whiskey, Tequila, Mezcal, Rum, or Gin (this class works great with a lot of different spirits!) + your favorite bottle of Champagne, Prosecco, or Sparkling Wine
We will be mixing up 3 unique but Champagne cocktails to celebrate the holidays and christen in the New Year!
We will be using a variety of fresh fruit and garnishes. This class includes our delicious “Rudolf Spritz” with seasonal cranberries and fresh thyme, our “Holiday Orchard Bellini” with fresh apples, rosemary, and ground cinnamon, and what better way to cheers in the New Year than our twist on a classic Paloma with Grapefruit, Fresh rosemary and agave.
All recipes utilize Champagne, Prosecco, or Sparkling wine in addition to your favorite spirit!
We’ll be going through each recipe and feature some engaging cocktail related trivia throughout the session.
