Join us for a fun, interactive cocktail class designed to teach the essentials of great bartending in a relaxed, social setting. You’ll explore refreshed takes on classic cocktails while learning approachable techniques you can easily recreate at home.

What You’ll Make

Tired of sipping the same old Margarita or Old Fashioned? In this fun-filled and informative class, expert mixologist George Pihlgren will guide you through the stories, techniques, and modern twists behind four beloved classic cocktails: the Margarita, Old Fashioned, Cosmopolitan, and French 75.

You’ll explore a dynamic lineup of cocktails, including a Pomegranate Margarita, Vermont Old Fashioned, Ivory Cosmopolitan, and Elderberry French 75. George will demonstrate proper shaking, stirring, muddling, garnishing, and cocktail-building techniques while sharing the origin stories and traditional preparation methods behind each drink.

The space will be divided into four sections, allowing guests to explore the cocktail lineup in an engaging, interactive setting. After the demonstrations, participants will have the chance to make two cocktails of their choice using professional bar tools and George’s expert guidance. By the end of the class, you’ll understand essential bar equipment, cocktail balance, and how to confidently recreate these elevated classics at home.
