NYC Statue Day Sail aboard Adirondack (Ages 3-14)

Discover New York in a completely new way during this unforgettable two-hour sail aboard the Adirondack, a stunning 80-foot wooden pilot schooner built for classic nautical experiences.

Within just five minutes of departing from the dock, you'll leave behind the hustle, bustle, and noise of Manhattan's busy streets. Instead, you'll be embraced by the peaceful, refreshing breeze of New York Harbor, allowing you to experience true relaxation on the water.

The journey offers magnificent views of the famous Manhattan skyline as nature intended it to be experienced; from the water itself. You'll also enjoy breathtaking panoramic vistas of Ellis Island, the iconic Statue of Liberty, and the architecturally impressive Brooklyn Bridge.

Highlights, topics, and themes of the tour include:

• The schooner departs south from Chelsea Piers and proceeds down the Hudson River to Battery Park, where it will pass by Ellis Island and sail out toward the Statue of Liberty.
• Our engines will be turned off whenever possible, allowing us to hoist sails and rely on the power of wind and water for much of your journey.
• One complimentary non-alcoholic beverage is provided with each ticket purchase. Additional non-alcoholic beverages are available for a separate fee after your included drink.
