Group class: If a class has to be canceled, students have to inform the teacher 24 hours in advance via email otherwise the class will be consider as taken and no refund/ reschedule will be authorized.
Dance classes must be paid before the beginning of each class. There is a possibility to pay several classes in advance and a dance classes package.
Private lessons must be paid and schedule in advance. The cancellation deadline is 24 hours before the lesson. You may purchase a “private lessons package”. After the package is purchased you may schedule appointments with the instructor.
No refund is possible once you purchase dance lessons. If the student informs at least 24 hours prior, the class will be reschedule.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
