Description

So much of school tends to feel like a simple right-or-wrong experience. Teen Improv offers something completely different. It gives students a space to take creative risks without worrying about rigid outcomes. In this class, teens jump into spontaneity exercises, build imaginative stories from any prompt, and create scenes in the moment. Through the core idea of “yes and,” students learn to listen closely, support one another, and expand on ideas without judgment. They practice connecting through play, thinking quickly, and making bold choices. These skills boost their confidence, sharpen their communication, and help them feel more comfortable speaking and problem solving on the spot. Improv becomes a tool they can rely on both in school and in everyday life.
