Have you ever told your story? Come learn and experience the power of therapeutic theater through embodied storytelling. This introductory workshop is for those interested in making a meaningful shift in their lives through an innovative psychological art form called Self Revelatory Performance.
We will explore and play with different ways of bringing personal experience into ritualized performance. This process can be a right of passage, a celebration, a letting go, moving through or simply grappling with a theme in your life in a creative way. Whatever it is for you, telling your story theatrically and being sacredly witnessed can be a powerful and often life changing experience resulting in a greater sense of freedom and authenticity. This one night introductory workshop will give you a taste of Lara Gold's 8-week Self Revelatory Performance Series.
