Learn the basics of storytelling to engage your child in quality time and to teach them valuable skills for communication.
About this Event
In this virtual session you will learn the fundamentals of telling a powerful story and how to use theater skills to keep your child engaged. We are all inspired by stories and the ability to tell a compelling story is a key skill for social interaction and creative thinking skills.
With over a decade of experience and a Masters Degree in acting, Minna Taylor, will guide you through an interactive virtual training on how to use your voice, connect with your child, and impart the power of storytelling onto their agile minds. Minna began her teaching career working with children ages 7-18 in the practices of acting, improvisation, and audition technique. She has a keen sensitivity to how children respond to performance and the art of wonder and how parents can deeply engage their children in these practices.
This session is open to parents and caregivers.
