Pie Corps is a Brooklyn-based bakery dedicated to crafting handmade sweet and savory pies using the freshest, seasonally inspired ingredients. From their shop and wholesale offerings to catering, cooking classes, and specialty orders, they bring rich flavor and creativity to every bite.
We opened our first pie shop in October 2012 and besides crafting pies that are innovative for our store we offer a variety of wholesale products to other retailers, cater private and corporate events, teach monthly cooking classes and take specialty orders for our shop customers.
Our company was founded on the idea that everyone loves pie – and since we making love pie, in all of it’s glorious forms – it’s really a win, win..! We want you to love our pies, and think the best way to do this and to get to know us is to eat one. Every delicious bite will divulge everything you need to know.
