Enhance your cooking expertise and develop professional-level skills with an elegant, upscale Asian-inspired culinary experience. This interactive, hands-on class features an accomplished chef with extensive professional experience guiding you through the preparation of refined, sophisticated Asian dishes, with emphasis on both time-honored traditional culinary techniques passed down through generations and contemporary innovative approaches. You will craft beautifully steamed and boiled wontons from scratch using proper folding techniques, carefully fill delicate gyoza with a flavorful mixture of ground chicken, sweet fresh corn, and jalapeño peppers, and prepare luxurious red snow skin mochi mooncakes decorated with edible gold leaf for an elegant presentation.
All participants are welcome to bring their own selection of wine and beer to enjoy throughout the class alongside the dishes you prepare.
