This intensive 3-hour class teaches you how to navigate the NYC DOB Build Now site and create a smooth permitting process. It covers a range required NYC Department of Buildings filing tasks relevant to a construction job. Gain knowledge and confidence as you build your skills.

If you give a withdrawal notice by telephone or otherwise withdraw without written notification, you will not receive a refund.
The school reserves the right to cancel any course or modify the schedule. This can also include cancellation at the first class meeting. In the event of such a cancellation, you will receive a full refund of all tuition and fees.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
