Lael Cakes is a Brooklyn, NY based boutique cake studio specializing in vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free cakes. We use our own unique blend of non-gluten flours to make the perfect pastry flour. Alternative ingredients are substituted for refined sugar, saturated fat, and dairy. Our works are vibrantly colored with dyes extracted from the natural pigments of fruits and vegetables. Every sumptuous recipe and elegant design is thoughtfully crafted to thrill the palate and the eye of each client.

Emily Lael Aumiller will share her personal tips and tricks of the trade with you. She offers unique classes in baking vegan and gluten-free cakes, assembling tiered cakes, sculpting with sugar paste, or arranging decorations on cakes.
