Along the way students will gain a better appreciation for basic sculpture skills and for the anatomical relationships within the head. Instructor will also provide help and  examples or demonstrations as a guidance to the class. Students will be provided with clay to use during the class and with sculpture tools. Description

This basics class is perfect for total beginners who have always dreamed of painting or anybody returning to painting after a long spell. 

We will cover color and mixing paint, light and shadow, composition and other important aspects of painting. 

In this super fun class will learn how to paint objects, landscapes, portraits and figures. You will also build community around art.

We will look at the art of great artists from art history and contemporary art for inspiration and to see what makes a great painting. 

Refund Policy

We ask for 48 hours notice for all painting workshops, painting parties and events if you would like to cancel and receive a refund. If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice we will try to find another, similar event for you to attend.

For weekly classes we cannot refund once the class has started unless there are extenuating circumstances. We ask that you provide at least a week's notice prior to the start of class if you would like to cancel a weekly class.

For children's camps we require a week's notice if you wish to receive a full refund or there is a $100 cancellation fee.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
