  • The Art of French Cooking

Chef Paul was amazing! This class made for a perfect date night for my husband and me—and it would be just as ideal for a group outing or corporate event. Chef Paul was incredibly thorough in explaining the recipes and also took the time to answer all of our other (sometimes random!) cooking questions. He’s a true professional and truly one of a kind. You won't regret booking with him.
  • The Art of French Cooking

Paul was an outstanding teacher—clear, patient, and supportive of all experience levels. The small class size allowed for some impromptu, personalized lessons, which made the experience even better. I'd definitely take another class with him.
