  • Italian Classics Made Vegan

Chef Paul was absolutely wonderful—knowledgeable, kind, funny, and incredibly organized. He shared so many valuable tips and insights throughout the class. Everything we made was delicious, and what made it even better was how he explained not just the how, but also the why behind each step. We learned how to choose the best ingredients, adapt recipes for vegetarians, and work with what we have at home—even without fancy tools. It was a thoughtful, engaging experience, and I'll definitely be back.
