Sicilian Cannoli Workshop

Travel to the beautiful Italian island of Sicily and discover the secrets of making authentic Cannoli from scratch.

In this engaging, hands-on class, you will learn to craft traditional Sicilian Cannoli, a world-renowned pastry often perceived as difficult but surprisingly straightforward when guided by an experienced instructor. Working step by step, you'll master the preparation of perfect Cannoli dough, develop proper frying technique, and learn the art of folding shells to their iconic shape. You'll then prepare and pipe a classic Ricotta cream filling, and customize your creations by topping them with powdered sugar, crushed pistachio, or chocolate chips. Each guest will take home four large cannolis as delicious souvenirs of the experience.

No prior baking experience is required. We provide all equipment and ingredients, which are readily available at local markets if you don't already have them at home. This class welcomes both enthusiastic bakers who want to participate in every step and first-time participants who prefer to observe, assist, and enjoy taste testing along the way.

Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Beverages are available for purchase from the venue and are not included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not permitted. This class is for participants 21 years and older.
