A Moroccan Table
t was the first experience for me to join the cooking class in USA and I had a great time, though my English speaking ability is poor. The chef told us the knife skills, about the spices, ingredients and vegetables in details. It was good to know how to use some spices, because there are very different dishes from Japanese. It would have been better If I had been able to see the Moroccan cuisine using tajine pot. The chef is very kind and nice to see the kitchen in the restaurant. I want to try to cook dishes that I learned. Every dishes are good. I came to like Moroccan dishes. Thank you for a wonderful time. -
Franck Deletrain – Brasserie 8 1/2
The menu for this class was well thought out - it was excellent. The chefs were very patient and went through each step in detail. I would recommend this class to anyone who wants to experience the fine art of cooking, braising and brining. Also, the dessert was outrageously finger licking good. -

A Taste of Greece
This is the second course I've taken with Carl and he is great. While I enjoyed the course tremendously I wasn't as fussed about the menu as I was when I took the Thai class. But that's just personal preference. Food aside, the course was fun and I learned how to cut up a whole chicken which was worth it alone. The Taste at Home Courses are held in a gorgeous loft style apt in Chelsea. Also- you are free to bring a bottle of wine and drink while cooking if that is your thing. After cooking you sit down to an enjoy a pretty huge meal and everything is top notch quality.
