Wondering how to pull that perfect shot of espresso? Our Espresso Workshop covers the theory and the skills to produce perfectly extracted shots. In the 2-hour class, students will learn how to safely and successfully operate an espresso machine and grinder, dial in a shot of espresso, and clean and maintain the equipment. Students will have the chance to work on the same equipment that we use in our busy cafes.
All materials are included and students are welcome to take photos and write down notes throughout the class.
