Start your weekend off with a chocolate-filled happy hour. Participants will explore the world of chocolate and beer through a blind tasting of three different beer and single-origin chocolate pairings. In this class, you'll learn the in's and out's of key flavor profiles of chocolate, how to maximize the sensory experience of chocolate, and how to interpret aromas, textures and flavors, and, of course, how to pair chocolates with different style beers. Participants will also enjoy locally made Martin's pretzels and get to take a beer home with them after the class. Local brewery features will rotate monthly, but we're kicking things off with our neighbors,
NOTES: This class is 21+ ONLY. Valid ID will be required upon arrival before entering the class.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour or class reservation, Raaka Chocolate must receive your request 7 days in advance of your reservation for a 95% refund. Within 7 days of the reservation, customers forfeit 50% of their reservation fee. Same day cancellations will receive no refund. Non-negotiable. Email [email protected] to reschedule or cancel.
For tours and classes, at least four people, total, must sign up. We'll notify you 24 hours in advance if we didn't meet quota and fully refund your money.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
