Invite your young chef into the art of Italian pasta-making in this engaging, hands-on workshop created just for kids. From mixing and rolling fresh dough to shaping intricate pasta forms and crafting flavorful sauces from scratch, junior chefs will discover the full process of creating an Italian meal with confidence and creativity. Guided by experienced instructors, students will shape their pasta into as many as four or five unique designs, including fettuccine, farfalle, ravioli, cavatelli, linguine, and more.
Each day of the workshop, junior chefs will craft multiple sauces to complement the pasta shapes they've created.
Sauce selections include:
- Cacio e Pepe
- Pesto Genovese
- Herb Brown Butter Sauce
- Bolognese
- Lemon Butter Sauce
- Garlicky Tomato Basil Marinara
- Junior Chef's Choice
Beyond practical kitchen skills, this workshop takes young chefs on a journey through the origins and history of pasta, exploring the stories behind each shape and the regional traditions that inspired them. It's a celebration of hands-on learning, cultural exploration, and the pure joy of making something delicious from scratch.
