Description Cancellation Policy

Description

This program prepares individuals to work as residential building supers and/or maintenance workers. You will work in a hands-on lab learning basic tool use, electrical repairs, solving common plumbing problems, repairing plaster, sheetrock and tile, and about pest control. You will also learn to communicate with building residents and outside contractors.

Students will receive a certificate of completion as evidence of having met the requirements to work as a competent building super.

Price includes $20 Registration Fee.

Refund Policy

Tuition refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • 95% refund when a written withdrawal notice is received 2 business days prior to the first class meeting.
  • 80% refund if a written notice is received 2 business days before the second class meeting.
  • No refunds are given after the 2nd class meeting.

Please note: For classes less than 200 hours, there is a fee of $25 charged for withdrawals once classes begin.

If you give a withdrawal notice by telephone or otherwise withdraw without written notification, you will not receive a refund.

The school reserves the right to cancel any course or modify the schedule. This can also include cancellation at the first class meeting. In the event of such a cancellation, you will receive a full refund of all tuition and fees.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
