Along with this foundation they will also learn the centuries old etiquette that exists in a traditional school of fencing. This was my first class and I enjoyed it very much. It was a little intimidating at first glance as clearly the regulars are advanced with proper uniform gear. But the maestros were welcoming and quickly had me working on foot work and movement before placing a sword in my head. I was quickly able to relax and engulfed myself with the teaching and lesson. Towards the end of the class I was able to apply my foot work with a sword in hand. The instructors are the real deal in sword masters and are committed to teaching the art form. You will learn about the sport and its history; and get a good workout in the process. My muscles had a good burn at the end of the 2 hours. As a beginner I feel I can continue to grow under the guidance of these instructors with more sessions. -

Amazing class! The maestros were very patient and walked us carefully through the history and reasoning behind the different positions. The group was also very welcoming. You will have a great time and definitely get hooked to continue learning! -
