This was a great introduction to design thinking. Really hands-on focused workshop where you get to practice the steps rather than just learning the theory. These types of exercises can typically be nerve wracking to do with strangers, but our instructor, Tim, not only explained the concepts well but made everyone feel really comfortable. Obviously you won’t master design thinking in these three hours, but thought this was a great place to start.

Great participatory class! The design thinking process was well articulated. I left with some tools to use for design thinking and a clear understanding of its uses. I thought the class was informative, fun and well paced.

This class offered a very basic overview of facilitation. I would have liked more hands-on practice and a more in-depth overview of specific tools that can be used in different situations.
