Roll up your sleeves and get ready to learn the craft of making authentic dumplings from scratch, from dough to finished, folded creations.
During this engaging hands-on class, you'll receive step-by-step guidance in refining your knife techniques, preparing flavorful dumpling fillings, and mastering the traditional art of folding wonton wrappers into multiple classic shapes. Your chef instructor will demonstrate the process for making dumpling dough from the beginning so you can recreate it yourself at home with confidence.
Two Filling Options to Explore: ground beef combined with vegetables, or a completely vegan filling.
You'll discover the techniques for steaming, pan frying, and deep frying dumplings to achieve the texture you prefer. Guests will also prepare two varieties of ponzu dipping sauces. Once you've created your handmade dumplings, you'll arrange them beautifully on a plate and enjoy eating your creations.
