Learn some great techniques while creating a sensuous meal. Local wine will flow, nibbles will be served as we make:

NY State Steelhead Trout Tartare
Rack of Lamb with Red Wine Sauce
Creamed Spinach
Coeurs à la Crème (unbaked, heart-shaped cheesecakes) with Raspberry Coulis.

Local beer and wine is served with every class.

Class Price is for Two People

School Notes:

We don't have any age restrictions on either our classes or events. We take people of all ages, but those under 21 years of age are not allowed to consume wine or any alcoholic beverages.

Refund Policy

Tickets can be fully refunded up to a week before the class
If less than a week, you may reschedule or request a refund, with a $25 per ticket fee
If within 48 hours of class, there will be no refunds issued or rescheduling allowed (but tickets are transferable)
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount

This class was so much fun! The dishes we ended up making were incredible and even tasted and looked like something from a Michelin-rated restaurant. I had actually made their Coeur a la Creme several days after and friends and family were really impressed.
