Description

This is a dinner for serious food lovers. Students will learn to prepare a full steakhouse-inspired meal from scratch, building real skills across multiple techniques while creating a meal worthy of a top restaurant. The menu for the evening includes a classic Wedge Salad, Hanger Steak au Poivre, a Smoky Mac and Cheese, and Molten Chocolate Cakes with Ice Cream. Students will develop knife skills, sauce technique, timing, and coordination across multiple dishes, and an understanding of how professional cooks approach a composed, multi-course meal.

School Notes:

We don't have any age restrictions on either our classes or events. We take people of all ages, but those under 21 years of age are not allowed to consume wine or any alcoholic beverages.

Refund Policy

Tickets can be fully refunded up to a week before the class
If less than a week, you may reschedule or request a refund, with a $25 per ticket fee
If within 48 hours of class, there will be no refunds issued or rescheduling allowed (but tickets are transferable)
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount
