Discover the art of crafting boozy ice cream cocktails at the Tipsy Scoop Barlour in Brooklyn. In this engaging ice cream cocktail mixology class, you'll master the creation of two of Tipsy Scoop's Instagram-famous boozy ice cream cocktails while learning about the company's compelling history. You'll also sample other limited-edition boozy flavors and capture plenty of Instagram-worthy moments throughout the experience. Dietary restrictions are no obstacle; whether you prefer vegan, gluten-free, or dairy-free options, we have delicious alternatives waiting for you. The ticket price includes a welcome drink and a keepsake glass. Additional beer, wine, and ice cream selections are available for purchase at reduced prices.

Must be 21 years or older with a valid ID to participate and purchase beverages.

No prior mixology or cocktail experience is required. We supply all equipment and ingredients, which are readily available at local grocery stores if you want to practice at home. Our classes are designed to be enjoyable and informative in a relaxed atmosphere, emphasizing fun over technical intensity. This experience appeals equally to ice cream and cocktail enthusiasts who want hands-on involvement and casual observers who prefer to watch and assist.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete check-in. Outside beverages are not permitted.

Refund Policy

Cancellation or reschedule request has to be made at least 5 business days before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 16 business days for groups of 6 people or more.

For cancellation requests, please contact us at [email protected] in order to receive credits for booking a future class. Tickets are non-refundable.

However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place because we understand things could happen.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
