Description Cancellation Policy

Description

Together we'll taste 3 different single origin coffees, sourced from our local friends at Stumptown Coffee, paired along with our single-origin dark chocolates. This tasting is hands-on and you'll learn how to do coffee cupping on your own.

You'll learn about key flavor profiles of coffee and chocolate, how to maximize the sensory experience of chocolate and coffee, and how to interpret aromas, textures and flavors. Coffee and chocolate will be enjoyed alongside complimentary bagels from our friends at Black Seed Bagels.

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour or class reservation, Raaka Chocolate must receive your request 7 days in advance of your reservation for a 95% refund. Within 7 days of the reservation, customers forfeit 50% of their reservation fee. Same day cancellations will receive no refund. Non-negotiable. Email [email protected] to reschedule or cancel.

For tours and classes, at least four people, total, must sign up. We'll notify you 24 hours in advance if we didn't meet quota and fully refund your money.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
