Description

Start your weekend off with a deliciously unique hour of chocolate, oolong tea, and conversation. Together we'll learn how to brew and taste Taiwanese oolong tea, sourced from local Taiwanese tea purveyors Té Company, paired alongside our single-origin dark chocolates. We'll explore and enjoy the evolving flavors and aromas of that occur with multiple brews of the same teapot of Oolong. We'll then dive into tasting our unroasted single-origin chocolate and discuss how to maximize the chocolate sensory experience, how to interpret aromas, textures and flavors, and how to pair chocolate with teas. Complimentary tea treats served alongside class.


Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour or class reservation, Raaka Chocolate must receive your request 7 days in advance of your reservation for a 95% refund. Within 7 days of the reservation, customers forfeit 50% of their reservation fee. Same day cancellations will receive no refund. Non-negotiable. Email [email protected] to reschedule or cancel.

For tours and classes, at least four people, total, must sign up. We'll notify you 24 hours in advance if we didn't meet quota and fully refund your money.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
