Discover balance and strength while inverted! This all-levels handstand class methodically builds physical strength, deep body awareness, and unshakable confidence through targeted drills, precise alignment work, and playful exploration. Whether you are just beginning your journey toward inversions or you are already refining your freestanding handstand technique, you will train safely, progressively, and at your own individual pace throughout the class.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of the class will be honored with a full refund. Students who cancel less than 48 hours prior to the start time of the class will receive a credit towards a future class.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
