You have the choice between a hand-building approach or a wheel-throwing technique to create your own unique decorative white clay piece. Your finished work will be fired to permanence and will be ready for you to take home and display or use.
Beginners are completely welcome, and no prior pottery experience is necessary. This class provides an excellent introduction to pottery, whether you're seeking a new hobby, looking for a meaningful gift for an artistically-inclined friend, or simply want to spend your day engaged in a creative endeavor.
Over the course of two hours, you'll craft a distinctive clay item such as a mug, bowl, vase, plate, candle holder, or similar piece, depending on what you envision. Feel free to draw inspiration from our sample collection or let your imagination guide you. We don't restrict your creative ideas. The primary focus is on enjoyment and personal expression, so there's no pressure to create perfection. Instead, embrace the creative process and develop your new artistic abilities. All pieces you create during class become functional art you can use at home.
