Description

Dumplings represent a beloved culinary tradition across cultures worldwide, and each version offers its own distinctive flavors and textures. In this hands-on class, participants will learn to prepare authentic favorites from Asian cuisines, including Japanese Gyoza with their crispy exteriors, Szechuan Lamb Dumplings featuring bold spices and aromatic flavors, and Shanghai Soup Dumplings renowned for their delicate, juicy filling. You will master the techniques of folding, pleating, and cooking that define these regional specialties.

Please note that we cannot accommodate gluten-free dietary restrictions for this class due to the use of wheat flour in traditional dumpling wrappers.

School Notes:

We don't have any age restrictions on either our classes or events. We take people of all ages, but those under 21 years of age are not allowed to consume wine or any alcoholic beverages.

Refund Policy

Tickets can be fully refunded up to a week before the class
If less than a week, you may reschedule or request a refund, with a $25 per ticket fee
If within 48 hours of class, there will be no refunds issued or rescheduling allowed (but tickets are transferable)
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount

I would have liked - and expected - to make all the dishes for the price. It should be clear in the overview you make them together as a group. The chef was knowledgeable and fun to work with. We still haven’t received the recipes for everything we made. Not having them printed and ready to take home for each of us feels like a miss.
