  • All About Technique: Grilling

I think the class was informative and the teacher answered all our questions. Plus in the end we get to eat all the things we cooked which is grilled mushrooms, chicken, shrimp and the best part is the steak! I just feel the kitchen was small and it was hot inside! But overall it was good.
  • All About Technique: Grilling

We learned little about grilling techniques and more about knife techniques. The instructor seemed annoyed when I asked questions and instead of teaching step by step, she talked at the group about all the steps and basically sent us on our way with recipes to figure it out. Very disorganized and disappointed.

For someone who had never done Tango, the teachers were friendly and excellent communicators. This is just an intro class, and they ask you to jump right into the next class (buy a package) which meets right afterward, but I would say that if you really want to learn this is a great method...get started on that 10,000 hours of tango!
  • All About Technique: Grilling

This class was great! I had a really great time. I'm not a very experienced cook but I felt comfortable the whole time. The food turned out well, and was different from what I'm used to cooking. The instructor and TA were patient, pleasant and knowledgeable without hovering. I would definitely attend another class
