When you bite into fresh, homemade pasta, there is an irresistible moment when you pause and simply savor its exceptional deliciousness without distraction. How can two simple ingredients create something so sublime and satisfying? Yet they do. In this class, you will learn to prepare egg pasta in a variety of shapes and combine it with seasonal sauces that highlight fresh, quality ingredients. Our menu adjusts seasonally to feature the best available produce and flavors.

Important note: We cannot accommodate gluten-free dietary needs for this class.

School Notes:

We don't have any age restrictions on either our classes or events. We take people of all ages, but those under 21 years of age are not allowed to consume wine or any alcoholic beverages.

Refund Policy

  • Tickets can be fully refunded up to a week before the class
  • If less than a week, you may reschedule or request a refund, with a $25 per ticket fee
  • If within 48 hours of class, there will be no refunds issued or rescheduling allowed (but tickets are transferable)
  • In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount

    We had a lovely time with Chef Abigail. She was passionate about food and shared a lot of knowledge about the science of cooking with us. The pasta we made was delicious!!! The class was small, and the atmosphere was laid back and inclusive. Would definitely recommend!

    I cannot rave about Abigail and her crew enough! The class was fun, informative, and well organized. All THREE chefs were simply amazing! The bartenders were very tentative, the type that took care of things before you even knew you needed it. The whole team went above and beyond. (Tips aren’t expected, but they definitely deserve them!)
