Classic Italian al Mare

Hi! I gave this course four stars. It would have been five except that the meal served at the end turned out to be disappointing. Everything else was great. The chef was personable and enthusiastic. It was fun to be given wine. The ingredients looked good. The room and equipment was great. The format was fun -- more of a demonstration that hands-on, but still informative. However, when it came down to eat the food, I had the feeling "I could have done this better at home." Except for a couple of items, most were overcooked or disappointing in some other way. It was a pity, because what should have been the climax of the event turned out to be a bumpy landing.
