Description

Join Sara Bigelow for a tamale making party where she'll share her Abuela’s traditional recipes and techniques. You’ll make two kinds of the steamy stuffed bundles of joy. Besides demystifying the tamale, you’ll make your own salsas and guacamole to slather on top. Once you've made these dips from scratch, you’ll never buy that jarred stuff again.

Snacks provided throughout the class as well as some delicious rice and beans to round out the feast. So come over for the party! Many hands make light work and tasty tamales to take home for later!

Refund Policy

When you register for a class, you agree to these terms:

You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 72 hours (3 days) before the date and time of the event.
Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the event may be transferred to a different date/time of the same class.
Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer.
Our classes are transferrable, so feel free to send a friend if you can’t make it!
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
