Start preserving the harvest now to extend the life of seasonal ingredients for the coming months. Join Sherri Vinton, author of Put Em Up!: A Comprehensive Home Preserving Guide for the Creative Cook, from Drying and Freezing to Canning and Pickling, as she teaches eaters how to use the Boiling Water Method so they can safely preserve their own jams, jellies, & chutneys.

Spring Canning students will get to make and take home Rhubarb Quick Jam and Lemon Curd.

Duration: Approximately 2 hours

Menu: Seasonal Preserves to take home.

When you register for a class, you agree to these terms:

You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 72 hours (3 days) before the date and time of the event.
Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the event may be transferred to a different date/time of the same class.
Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer.
Our classes are transferrable, so feel free to send a friend if you can’t make it!
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
