Description

Master the art and craft of dumpling making in this engaging and interactive group experience. Learn traditional and authentic Gyoza dumpling techniques, including various wrapping styles and multiple filling options, in a hands-on two-hour instructional session. This private group experience requires a minimum of 10 participants and offers excellent team-building opportunities and shared learning.

Beyond learning the fundamentals and basics of Gyoza preparation and construction, you will discover and practice multiple cooking methods for pan-fried and steamed dumplings. Following your hands-on instruction and practice, enjoy and celebrate your culinary creations together in a private and comfortable dining space within the venue. The delicious meal features steamed Gyoza dumplings served with aromatic spiced chili oil, plus a sweet dessert course to conclude the entire experience.
