Fundamentals in Flow, Balance & Stability (Online)
The class was good but I think it was my limitations and flexibility, I did not realize it would be the entire time on the mat on the floor. I cannot lay down that long on the ground, for me it was just too uncomfortable. I thought it was more of some stand up, etc. -

The instructor was good and very attentive. -
ATchoirNYC
I wish the class had more singing practice and less preparation. I get it, we need to warm up before singing, But! if you go around one by one, not sure we will be able to accomplish much. My interest was in singing in groups/choir, and learning the dynamics of highs & lows Maybe I misunderstood the class. -
