Dumplings may seem complicated, but they’re simpler—and more enjoyable—to make than you might expect.

In this interactive cooking class, you’ll be guided through the process of preparing dumplings from start to finish, including filling, folding and cooking, all in a relaxed and supportive setting. You’ll create a fresh, well-seasoned filling using carrots, cabbage, scallions, garlic, ginger and soy, with a vegetarian option available. Once assembled, you’ll cook your dumplings until perfectly golden and pair them with a bright soy-citrus dipping sauce that complements every bite.
